unable to unlock locked toolbars in IE6

I was surfing the web and a site decided to install a
toolbar from www.isearch.com without my permission.

I successfully removed the isearch.com toolbar but now for
some reason i do not have the choice to unlock/resize the
toolbars! and when I right click all the menu choices are
greyed out.

I looked for an IE6 config file.. but i couldnt find it
anywhere.

Finally, I gained control of my toolbars using #32 as you
suggested.
