Hi

I have been unable to uninstall .Net Framework 1.1 using windows
software removal tool.

I get an error that states that the feature I am trying to use is on a
network resource unavailable. It cannot find the installation pack
'tmp15A.tmp' and proposes that I browse for it's exact location on my
computer. Apparently I need a file that is a Patch Package (*.msp)
type.

I have searched but I have no such folder or file on my computer and
hence cannot remove or install over top of the actual .Net framework
that isn't functioning at all.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have little
experience in dealing with these kind of problems.

Regards

Roman
