When I start Outlook 2003, i get the message:
"Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable"
I then get 3 options: restart, work offline and cancel.
If I press:
-restart: the same error occurs
-work offline: I get the message: "Unable to open your default e-mail
folders. Your profile is not configured".
-cancel: shuts down the programme.

What can I do, to start the programme properly?

regards Andreas

Do you actually use an Exchange server?
Make sure your mail profile is configured properly
Contact your ISP or mail admin and ask for your server settings and start
with a clean mail profile;
