Unable to start Debug, using ActiveSync 3.7.1

Hi frnds,
I'm unable to debug my application for PocketPC 2003. Well
I've already installed ActiveSync 3.7.1.

Moreover it gives an error saying " Deployment Error". And
says "Please check whether your device is physically
connected."
Any tip or suggestion would of great help.

I'm having the same problem, and the weird thing is that it was working
fine, and I had already installed 3.7.1 and it was working. I know I'm
connected b/c ActiveSync shows it connected and I can browse transfer files.

It's driving me nuts.
