Unable to Shutdown after SP2 installed

When shutting down, I receive an error message: "Program not responding:
hldcdn32.exe". I could not find what this program is. Can I do a search &
delete it without affecting anything?

Your file was not found on my machine. Try running msconfig, see if you can
disable the program in there, reboot and see how your machine reacts. If
your computer doesn't throw up because the program is disabled go ahead and
delete it.
