Unable to share internet connection

Using Windows XP Pro, when trying to share the pc's internet connection am
unable to do so as it is greyed out.

How can this be overcome

That KB article is about 2 or more computers in a network sharing a
connection. Maybe Tom tries to share a connection on one computer with
several user accounts. If so I would have the same problem and are interested
in a possible solution. If Tom is actually talking about a network, ignore
this.
