Unable to send to multiple recipients

Used to be able to send mass mailings to my contact groups with XP. Windows
Mail keeps giving me an error message of "too many recipients." I need to
keep trimming down the address list until it will finally send.

It's not Windows Mail, it's your ISP telling you this. No email client
places restrictions on the number of recipients, such restrictions are
imposed by ISPs; it would appear that your ISP has imposed one. Contact
your ISP, he might be able to modify the restriction for you.

Usually the maximum is determined by your ISP, not Windows Mail (nor Outlook
Express)

Windows Mail does not impose any limit, but your mail provider does.
