Unable to send/recieve, asking for an unknown password!

AHHHHH! This is driving me crazzzzzy. Please help!
I click send/recieve and then during the authorization
stage and new window pops up asking for a username and
password. I didn't even set username and password access,
I dont know how to change the password and everything I
try is incorrect. I am therefore unable to send or
recieve any emails.

Adam,
I think your ISP is asking for the user password, had the
same problem until I got system to store name and password.
