Unable to send pictures through windows photo gallery

this is the message I get...

Windows mail no longer supports the HTTP servers used by Hotmail and other
web based email providers. Click the Back button to setup a different e-mail
acct or see other options accessing your web-based email.

I closed all windows before trying it again and still get the same message.
I have Live Mail.
So what is the problem?
 
If it says "Windows Mail..." then you are not running Windows Live Mail.
To make sure, go to its Help, About... screen.
