cannot send photos from photoshop elements

when I try to send photos from photoshop elements via email I get a message
that says "Windows Mail no longer supports the HTTP servers used by
Hotmail..."

It then suggests using Windows Live Mail which I set up. Still not able to
send photos via email and get the same message. Help

Photoshop Elements requires a Full MAPI mail client (e.g., MS Outlook).
Both Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail are Simple MAPI mail clients.

PS: You can access your Hotmail account in Windows Mail via POP3 but you
still won't be able to send pix from Photoshop.
