Unable to send new or reply to emails

I am able to use my Outlook Web Access to receive emails, but not write them.
Whenever I click the "NEW" button or the "reply" button to write an email the
section of the page where one would normally write text does not load. In its
place is an empty box (somewhat like what appears when a picture does not
load on a website) with a small white box with a red X threw it in the upper
left hand corner. It is very frustrating to not be able to reply or write but
only receive!

Try an Exchange group since OWA is actually part of Exchange.

I am having this same exact problem, and has been happening for some time
now. When using IE for OWA, the text part of the new mail message or reply
does not come up, except for a red 'x' like the other poster mentions... like
a web graphic not loading.

Bill, I am not sure what you mean by "Try an Exchange Group". Could you
please give some more information about this?
