Unable to send Link via IE

I am using IE 6.0 SP2.When i try to send any page by email,I get the
Internet connection wizard.Please help

We are now unable to send a page from the internet without Outlook 2002
freezing up and having to be restarted. We also use IE 6.0 SP2. Anyone
else????

we are using Outlook 2002 via MS Exchange Server.
