Unable to send email

All of a sudden I can no longer send emails. To my
knowledge I have not changed any settings. The following
message is what appears in my inbox within
the "undeliverable email:"

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 8/13/2004 11:35 AM
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
(e-mail address removed)

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
