Unable to send email through Outlook, MSN is the ISP

i have spent days trying to send email through Outlook. My ISP is MSN DSL
and it used to work, suddently all emails are held in my Outbox and never
sent out. Can anyone help?

Sure, we can try to help but you first. What version of Outlook? What type
of mail account? What changed between when it did work and when it stopped?
Have you contacted MSN support and what have they told you to try?

account will be deleted without reading.

sorry, forgot the details. I have Outlook 2003, I don't know what type of
mail account, just regular email?? using MSN Premium. The only thing that
may have changed is I had to download MSN Messenger. I have tried to contact
MSN support and will have to keep trying. I've done several restores and
that doesn't solve the problem so i just can't figure it out. My son set up
my email account on his computer which is set up just like mine since he set
them both up, and his works fine.
