unable to send E-mail

I have Outlook 2002 installed and get the message;
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (# 5.7.1)when sending E-mail I am able to
receive mail.

Can someone advise please.
 
You probably need to turn on authentication to your outgoing server. You
can do so on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your mail account.
