I can sent any email

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
This is the message I get when I try to send email to anyone, it does't
matter who the email is to. Can any help me with this. Thanks

Is this a new problem or has Outlook never been able to send mail on your
machine?
