unable to send e-mail in outlook 2003

I am unable to reply, send or forward any e-mail from
outlook 2003. I keep getting the following error:
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)


I am however, able to receive e-mails.

Can anyone help?
