help needed with email hiccup

Can anyone help me. I have just got a new laptop that had Vista already
installed (first mistake apparently) and when i try and send bulk emails
from my normal distribution lists some of them are undeliverable with the
following message:
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Anyone???
