Unable to send attachments directly from Excel/Word/etc..

MS Outlook (windows 2000) no longer able to send
spreadsheets, docs or other files directly from the
application. Example, cannot send a spreadsheet from
Excel, get a message saying Outlook is not the default
mail client and to set it as such. Not sure how to do
that. Suggestions would be great, thank you.

Click START
Control Panel
Double click INTERNET OPTIONS
PROGRAMS Tap
At E-mail choose MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
APPLY, OK.
