I'am unable to send pictuers through email. There seams to be problems with
my POP3 and SMTP settings. Does anyone know how I change these settings and
where do I find them? Thanks

Under tools and accounts...I have a question...My email strips JPG
(Pictures) files from outgoing emails...why??? How can I change that
restriction? Thanks

Those settings are under Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Servers.

Each mail provider has their own settings, so you would typically obtain that setup
information from your provider's website. If you need help with that, tell us who your
mail provider is.

Two possibilities, either your settings or your antivirus.

Make sure the image you are attaching is not open in
another program.

Make sure attachments are enabled:
Tools, Safety Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Also go to Tools, Options, Send, Mail Sending Format, HTML Settings,
make sure "Send pictures with messages" is checked.
Also, go to Tools, Options, Read, and uncheck "Read all
messages in plain text".

If all that checks out, which antivirus are you running?

Are all four of those accounts in Windows Mail, or are some of
them webmail only?

Any error message when you try?
