Unable to send an email, my virus scan returns a msg...

I am sending an email via MS outlook via my ISP, insightbb.com. My VirusScan
pops up a window with the following error:


"Protocol error
Command was sent to: RCPT TO: (email address)
Response received is: 425 too many recipients received this hour"

Anyone know what this means? How to fix it?

Not your problem. The recipient's mailbox is full. You should be able to send
to other addresses.
 
Actually, it turns out that my ISP was still having problems due to a server
upgrade...no one's box was full afterall...
