Unable to search for telephone numbers in Contacts...

Hi

I'm using OL2002 SP3.

Should OL be able to include data from the telephone number fields when
doing a search?

I've been trying to search for contact names by putting in a part of a
telephone number. The result says nothing found.

But if I search for the contact by name the contact is found and it shows
the exact sequence of numbers in the telephone number field I originally
searched for.

I realise the 12 3456 is not the same as 123 456.

Should it be able to search telephone numbers?

use advanced find and search in the phone # field (Advanced tab).
