I get a little Microsoft box that says "not implemented". Does it have
anything to do with the fact that I say"no" when I first connect and it asks
if I want it to be my default email? I have successfully created an address
book in Outlook Express but find from there that I will not be able to print
labels.

I have Outlook 2002 but tried what you suggested. When I click on the Show
profiles tab, Outlook is already displayed as the Profile on my computer. I
clicked "Prompt for a profile to be used" and then "add" But it will not let
me type anything in either box. The lower box is grayed out. The upper box
has "Outlook" highlighted with a blue bar. Do I need to remove it and then
type something in? I am not able to get anything to happen when I click on
"Email Accounts" or "Data Files" on the "Mail Setup" page.
