Hi,

I’m running Windows Vista Business SP1 and Office 2007. When I try to save
all attachments from an Outlook message, the prompt box to browse the folder
location does not open. I can’t save more than one attachment each time. How
can I make Outlook 2007 prompt me to save all attachments?

Thank you.

Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, it's most likely caused by an addin you have installed.

It seems the problem is related to the email account type. The pop prompt box
to browse the folder location opens if the messages are on a personal folder
pst file or a exchange mailbox. However, if the message is on a IMAP account
pst folder, the prompt box to browse the folder location does not open.

Running Outlook in safe mode does not help.

Did anyone ever come up with an answer for this one? One client we provide
support for is going through this very issue. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Running the office updates fixed the problem
