unable to run add modem wizard

running xp ro and modem wizard won't run so I can maually add my modem.
anyone know a fix? I also can check my modems properties via conrtrol pannel
phone and modem options all the buttons are greyed out on the modem tab. TIA

Never mind problem fixed.
