Unable to rename Normal.dot in Word 2002

I have a problem with the EZP macro. The articles in the
knowledge base tell me to rename Normal.dot using Word
2002 Support Template in Office Tools. When I start the
the Support template I don't get the required MS Word
Troubleshooting Utility dialog box. I have MS Word 2002
SP-2 installed on Win XP. Anybody have any suggestions???
Thanks

Problems with the EZP macro are usually resolved by removing the EZP add-in.
You can rename normal.dot through Explorer (with Word closed). It's a hidden
file in the folder defined in Word > tools > options > file locations > user
templates.
