unable to remove unwanted program

i installed a screen saver disc which i no longer want as
it slows my pc down. i`ve removed it from my program file
but have now got a small icon that tells me it`s
disabled. on trying to remove it a message appears.
"c:\program~1\aveo\attune\setup\layout.bin"
which is needed to complete the installation. error 112

Dave

It sounds like you deleted the files that are needed to uninstall the
program. Re-install the program and then remove it the proper way, from the
Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs.
