unable to register Visual C# Express Edition!?

Hi all,

I am unable to register the free Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition.
Each time I try to do it in the product registration window, this
(outdated?) link
http://www.microsoft.com/express/2005/download/default.aspx
appears, and I get this error message:
"Page Not Found
We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found. Please check
your typing and try again, or use the search options on this page."

This is bad, because the reminder bubble in the task bar says "You have 5
days left before you must register your software..."

Can anybody help, please?

Thanks,

Siggi

P.S. Details about my System:
PC: AMD Athlon 1.47 GHz, 1 GB RAM
Microsoft Windows XP HomeEdition 2002 SP3

Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition
(Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Version 8.0.50727.42 (RTM,.0505727-4200)
Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0.50727 SP1
Installed products: Microsoft Visual C# 2005 76544-000-0000011-00126
downloaded from:
http://www.microsoft.com/express/2005/download/default.aspx
as vcssetup.exe and installed with online access.

If this is an option for you (good Internet connection, etc), I would
heavily recommend to get VS2008 Express instead (http://
www.microsoft.com/express/download/). VS2005 is quite dated already,
and I'm not surprised that some links are broken.

Thank you, but surprisingly a completely different link opened this morning,
it was not broken and registration was successful.

I know, but my computer is quite dated, too, and not fit for VS2008
