Unable to receive emails

Hi, I am unable to recive emails but able to send. I have Outlook 2003.
Please help!
 
E-mail utilizes two "post offices" (protocols) to 1. Receive mail and 2.
Send mail. POP3 protocol is used to receive and SMTP(Simple mail transport
protocol) to send mail. Open Outlook>Tools>E-mail accounts>Select mail
account>Select "change" option - check for correct entry in outgoing mail
server (SMTP).
