unable to receive emails with attachments

Recently someone sent me 3 emails. Two didn't have attachments and one did.
The attachment was pretty large & wasn't delivered to my Outlook. My Yahoo
account did receive all 3 without problems.

Why wasn't the attachment received? Is there a setting I need to tweak to
allow for attachments?

your Outlook version is?

Maybe the sender does not "compress" the attachmentts and Outlook blocked
the attachments:

Oliver offers excellent advice. It could be the attachments were trapped for
security purposes.

In addition, you may want to verify with your ISP if they have a cap on
email attachment size. Many do.
