Unable to receive email from a specific contact

We have one person in our Outlook contacts we cannot receive email from. All
names/addresses have been double checke and we have added this persons email
address to the safe senders/recipients areas under Email Options and Junk
mail options.

What else can we check or change?? No other people have contacted us
regarding unreceived emails.
 
What is the evidence that the problem is at your end? Sending issues reside
with the sender most of the time. You should start your troubleshooting at
that end.
