unable to read writing on monitor screen

I have a flat screen monitor which starts up with a screen you are unable to
read, but when i go into the menu button on the monitor and re set it it then
becomes readable. How do I correct this on computor settings so that it will
startup as I want it to.

Your monitor seems to be reset to the correct settings as it is the monitor
button you are pressing. Read the monitor instruction book and see what you
need to do to save the settings it is using when operating correctly. All
monitors can are different- there is no one solution apart from read your
manual. If you don't have it you could try looking for the makers website- a
lot of manufacturers have downloadable manuals, failing that email their
support and ask.

As an alternative you could try setting the resolution/colours/scan rate in
the Windows settings until you get a match- but to see the screen you've
already changed it from the default so you'll be trying to match a different
set of settings and it starts getting more complicated.......
