Unable to read some attachments

I occasionally receive e-mail with attachments that I
can't open. The message says that OE has determined it to
be dangerous so I can't open it. Sometimes I am
expecting it and I know it is legitimate. How can I open
it? Is my security too tight?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum. Outlook Express is
family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office family.
