Nancy

I have tried everything. Not sure what could be wrong.
I've contacted my ISP and they couldn't help. I've
contacted Dell and they also were no help. I log into my
site and I get the page cannot be dispayed DNS error.
However if I use Netscape I can log in just fine. Is
there a patch or something. Anything?? I've been dealing
with the problem since January. It's just one https:
site. The tech support for the site also could not help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nancy,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
