Unable to print HTML emails from Outlook

Hi

I have a user running Windows 2000 SP4 and Office 2000 SP1.

Suddenly out of the blue the machine refuses to print HTML emails. Simply producing a blank page. RTF emails are fine

Any ideas

Try the following;
-Is the printer driver up to date?
-Install Office 2000 Service Pack 3 + hotfixes
-(Re-)Install Internet Explorer 6SP1 +hotfixes
