Unable to print email with attachment in Outlook 2003

I have a user who is unable to print email messages with attachments. She can
print other emails fine, as well as any other document types, on a WinXP Pro
workstation running Office 2K3 SP1. I can find no reason why it will print
any other email, but not one that happens to have an attachment in it. I've
tried sending them to multiple printers, so I'm fairly certain it's not a
printer driver issue. Does anyone have experience with this and/or any
suggestions? I'm at a loss...

We get: "There was an error when printing started. To check the printer
setup, double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel." As you can
imagine, this makes troubleshooting a little difficult, since it's a pretty
vague error message. We've removed and reinstalled all of her printers, as
well as run a repair on the Office 2003 installation, with no luck as yet.
Thanks a mil for any insight...
