Unable to open your default email folder. you do not have permission to log on

We have this structure: Parent Domain A.com /Child Domain B.A.com
/Grandchild Domain.C.B.A.com

I have installed the physical server W2003 with Exchange 2003 in the Child
Domain.

I have no problem creating a new mailbox in the child and granchild domain,
but when I goto set up a mail box on the grandchild domain with outlook it
resolves the mail server and mailbox but comes back with "Unable to open
your default email folder. you do not have permission to log on".then quits.
I have no problem with setting up a users mailbox on outlook in the child
domain. Is there any permissions that I might have forgotten to propogate to
the gc domain that might resolve this issue. I have already tried the
deletion of the profiles on the machine but that didnt seem to work.

Any suggestions??
