Unable to open your default e-mail folders when open Outlook

The subject message show up when open Outlook for the first time.
I have installed the Windows SP2. Can anybody help.

Have you tried a new mail profile?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Omitofo asked:

Hi Milly,

Thank you for your answer. I could only see my hard drive in the outlook
screen. There is nothing on the Outlook short cut bar. What do you mean
by new mail profile ? I am now using Outlook Express as the Outlook is not
working.

Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Mail>Show Profiles>New
