Unable to open your default e-mail folder

I have a user who is connected to win 2000 active
directory using oulook to access her Exchange 2000
mailbox (as do all users) and suddenly this morning when
she starts outlook (xp) the following error message

Unable to open your default e-mail folder You do not have
permission to log on

I have logged in as this person on another pc and setup
outlook using the instalation wizard (we do not have
roaming profiles) and everything works.

I have un-installed oulook on her pc and re-installed but
this makes not differance.

Any help would be much appriciated!!

I'm working on the exact same problem. Until I resolve it, I've changed the
profile's authentication to "none" and they can log in just fine, only they
have to type in their password rather than passing along the one they're
logged into the computer with.

This particular user is an admin, and it's not a bad password or locked
account since I can log in even at the machine that has outlook problems, map
drives to the admin shares on the servers, etc... Can also open anyone else's
mail on this machine. But unless I set authentication in the outlook 2002
properties to none, I get the unable to open message.

Still digging for where the failure is.
