Unable to open switchboard

Sorry for asking what, hopefully, is a simple question.

I have created a database and set up one additional user.
Using the User and Group Permissions, it looks as if I
have given the other user 'Open/Run' access to every one
of the 4 forms, one sub-form and the Switchbaord. However,
when I log in as that person I still get the
message "Records cannot be met: no read permission on
Switchboard items"

This is driving me nuts, so any help gratefully
appreciated.

Thanks. I reapplied the securities and the user now has
access to the switchbaord and the forms.
