Unable to Open Outlook 2007 - configuration issue

I am receiving the following error when i start up Outlook (I have existing
PST folders). "This information service has not been configured, select an
existing file to configure or type the name of a new file to create." When I
click "OK" it opens up to a "Personal folder - Open/Create" with a *.pst.
The personal folder is empty. Do I just type in a new name? thanks.
