Unable to open Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. I attempted to open my email
and an error message stated that "Unable to open your default e-mail folder.
Create a new profile by double clicking th email icon in Control Panel." The
problem is this - I need all of my information from my email account -
addresses, sent messages, received messages, etc. but the information will
not appear. What can I do?

As Outlook advises you, create a new profile and point that profile at your
old message store.
