I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2002, version 10.0. I am using Windows
XP, and also use Outlook Express. When I try to open Outlook, I get a message
"unable to open default e-mail folders" and then given an option to open my
"default file system folder instead". What can I do? Thanks.

Thanks. I can now access Outlook 2002. I have used my previous outlook.pst
and have all my contacts and info. When I try to print I get this message:
"could not open the item." My printer is set up properly and works with all
my other applications. What should I do?
