Unable to open Microsoft Home Publishing 99.

I have a New Computer , from Dell with Microsoft Windows
XP Home Edition Service Pack 1 English.
In my old computer new was a Windows 95 thru up dates to
Windows 98. I had Home plublishing 99 downloaded and
working AOK.
Now I would like to download HP 99 in my windows XP Home
Edition. This I can do but it will not open for me, is
there something missing in HP 99 that will not let me
open it the XP Edition?
Can you help me out?

Goto the Home Publishing webpage and see if it is suppossed to work in
XP. See if there is an update you need.
