If you try to open an attachment and win cannot find a program you should be
presented with an option to browse to a program, select the program you
believe to be correct but do NOT tick allways use, untill you are sure
You're asking the wrong question, primarily because the error message
is misleading.
Tell us what type of document you are trying to open (DOC, PPS, PDF, etc.)
when you get that error message, and we will be able to help you better.
