Unable to open folders in Start > Programs

When I click on Start > Programs > right-click Accessories or any other
folder > Open or Explore, Windows Explorer is not opening. Right click on
Programs under Start menu open/explore correctly, but I am unable to open any
folder using Open/Explore. They are just there, doing nothing.

Can anybody help?

Hi Mo,

This might be a shell extension related problem. Follow "Method 2" in the
following article.

Ramesh,
Thanks so much for your help. Actually, I have seen that website and your
others posts. I downloaded it but didn't quite knew how to use it. I finally
found the culprit. It was a "Copy Path" context menu item by some
third-party. Once I disabled it, everything worked fine.

Thanks again.
