unable to open excel file which contains macro

i am unable to open an excel file which contains macro on
my pc. my colleagues are able to open the same file on
their pcs. adjusted security settings but doesn't work.
pls help
 
What happens exactly when you try to open the file? Any message, etc.?

What Excel version? (Posters should _always_ mention this).

Close Excel and restart it. Then confirm that Tools, Macro, Security has
you at Low or Medium.
