Unable to open default email profile

Office 2003 came pre-installed on my new PC and all works
well except Outlook. I keep getting the error message
above. I went on MS Knowledge base which recommended
going to the control panel and creating a new mail
profile but it didn't work. I also tried clicking on My
computer and going to "Manage", but deleting the local
user there... but it still doesn't work. No installation
CD's in the box (this is a refurbished machine)...
anymore ideas?

Delete the old profile, and create a new one.

It's not likely to be a Windows profile error.
No installation
CD's in the box (this is a refurbished machine)...

You need media for Windows, and for Office. Did you get the actual licenses
for the products?
