Unable to open attachments

Hi,

When I try to open an attachment, the following message pops up:

"You should only open attachments from a trustworthy source"

And a second error message pops up asking me to report to Mircrosoft, and
then the Outlook restarts. I am able to open it only if I save it on my
computer in the first place.

I am using Outlook 2003, and Exchangge 2003 is the messenging server.
