Hi all
I have a user who is unable to open any attachments. He receives a mail with
an attachment and when trying to open gets the message:
The error reads: "Can't create file: Document.tif. Right-click the folder
you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut
menu to check your permissions for the folder."
Can not open save or do anything with the file.
I renamed the OST file and restarted outlook, this appeared to fix the
problem but after opening the file twice the same error started appearing.
Also did a Detect and repair but this had no effect.
Anyone know of a fix
